现实 . Xiànshí . Reality

Decisions as I go, to anywhere I flow
Sometimes I believe, at times where I should know
I can fly high, I can go long
Today I got a million, tomorrow, I don't know
Decisions as I go, to anywhere I flow
Sometimes I believe, at times where I should know
I can fly high, I can go long
Today I got a million, tomorrow, I don't know

Stop crying like you're home and think about the show
We're all playing the same game, laying down alone
We're unknown and wrong, special when I come.
Hate will make you cautious, love will make you glow.
Make me feel the warm, make me feel the cold.
It's written in our story, it's written on the walls.
This is our call, we rise and we fall.
Dancin' in the moonlight, don't we have it all?
Make me feel the warm, make me feel the cold.
It's written in our story, it's written on the walls.
This is our call, we rise and we fall.
Dancin' in the moonlight, don't we have it all?

Sharing Is Caring

1. Know Yourself

One of the oldest rules in the book is to know yourself. You may want to write down what you love to do or ask people who work with you about your strengths and weaknesses.

2. Overcome Your Fear

The second step you need to do is to let go of fear. According to author Paul Sweeney,
“True success is overcoming the fear of being unsuccessful.” Which is true.

3. Stand Out From Others

After you’ve figured out your strengths and you let go of your fear, you can create a strong and unique personal brand in order to stand out from others. The point here is to be irreplaceable. You have to aim for excellence and try to show that you’re truly the best at what you do.

4. Expand Your Skill Set

Now that you’ve established a certain knowledge of yourself and your talent, you can start expanding your skill set. Start by attending seminars, workshops and reading about things you’ve never heard of before, absorb a little knowledge of everything that’s connected to your current job, even if remotely.

5. Learn About Supply and Demand

The concept of supply and demand is not strictly applicable on economics. You can apply the same concept on your career. Before you choose a skill or experience, keep this in mind: What skills are supplied more than they are demanded? Those are the ones you might want to stay away from. Rather, you ought to look for the skills that are demanded much more than they are supplied.
